1. Product Overview

This Microcomputer-Controlled Single-Column Desktop Tensile Tester adopts single-column desktop structure. Driven by AC servo motor and high-precision ball screw, the crossbeam moves up and down to conduct mechanical performance tests including tension, compression, bending, shearing, 90° and 180° peel strength for metallic and non-metallic samples.

It automatically calculates core test indicators such as tensile strength, upper yield strength, lower yield strength and elongation after fracture. It supports testing in accordance with GB, ISO, DIN, ASTM, JIS and other international standards. With low noise, high working efficiency, wide adjustable speed range and stable operation, it is ideal testing equipment for manufacturing plants, mines, scientific research laboratories and quality supervision organizations.

  1. The measurement & control software runs on Windows 7 and higher operating systems, supports English & Chinese dual UI. All test operations can be finished by mouse with intuitive human-machine interaction interface.
  2. Six automatic intelligent functions: auto zeroing, auto crossbeam return, auto measuring range shift, auto data saving, auto speed regulation, auto system calibration. The whole test flow is fully controlled by microcomputer.
  3. Supports real-time dynamic curve display, historical test data replay, overlay comparison of multiple sample curves, continuous batch testing and customized-format test report printing.
  4. Triple safety protection: crossbeam travel limit stop, overload force protection, automatic shutdown when specimen breaks, ensuring safe and stable operation.
  5. Equipped with AC servo speed control system and high-precision ball screw, featuring stable loading force, high transmission efficiency, ultra-high positioning accuracy and silent operation.
