iec60335 50N 75N disjointed force test probe

Application :

The thrust test is directed to meet the requirements of IEC 60335 & GB 4706. It is used to simulate fingers in tests. It is mainly used to prevent the proximity of dangerous parts when the external force is applied.

Test method:

1.Use a power supply of not less than 40V and not more than 50V, connect one end of the power supply in series with a light bulb, connect it to the wire of the test finger (or pin, rod), and connect the other end to the sample to be tested;

2.the thrust test is directed to the finger part that cannot touch the live parts or the dangerous parts, and the 50mm-20mm baffle cannot enter.

3.In the test requirements to prevent access to hazardous parts, the thrust test directly refers to the need to apply thrust.
