1. Product Introduction
This microcomputer-controlled electronic universal testing machine features elegant appearance, easy operation and stable reliable performance. The system controls AC servo motor rotation, transmits via deceleration structure to drive high-precision ball screw, lifting the middle crossbeam. It completes tensile, compression, bending, shearing, 90°/180° peel strength tests for metal and non-metal specimens.
It automatically calculates tensile strength, upper/lower yield strength, elongation, non-proportional extension strength (ReH, ReL, Rp0.2, Fm, Rt0.5, Rm, E). It supports testing & data output per GB, ISO, DIN, ASTM, JIS standards. Pollution-free, low noise, high efficiency, wide speed & stroke range.
Suitable for steel, sheet strip, aluminum alloy, copper, titanium alloy and non-metal material inspection, ideal equipment for factories, mines, research institutes and quality supervision departments.
Equipped with high-precision AC servo drive system; database-based test software runs on Windows7 and above. Real-time display of test force, peak force, beam displacement, speed, specimen deformation & test curve. All operations via mouse with friendly bilingual human-machine interface.
