4.1 Product Introduction
This double-column floor-standing microcomputer-controlled electronic universal testing machine features elegant appearance, easy operation and stable reliable performance.
The control system drives an AC servo motor, which drives a high-precision ball screw through a deceleration unit to lift/lower the middle crosshead. It completes mechanical property tests including tension, compression, bending, shearing, 90° & 180° peel strength for metallic and non-metallic specimens.
The equipment automatically calculates key test indicators: tensile strength, upper/lower yield strength, elongation, non-proportional extension strength (ReH, ReL, Rp0.2, Fm, Rt0.5, Rm, Elastic Modulus E). It complies with domestic & international standards GB, ISO, DIN, ASTM, JIS.
Advantages: Pollution-free, low noise, high efficiency, wide speed regulation range and long crosshead travel. Widely applied for testing steel, thin strips, aluminum alloy, copper, titanium alloy, rubber, plastic and other non-metals. Ideal lab equipment for factories, mines, research institutes and quality supervision departments.
Equipped with AC servo speed control system and servo motor drive. Test software based on database runs on Windows 7 and above. Real-time display of test force, peak force, crosshead displacement, speed, specimen deformation and test curves. All test operations are finished via mouse with friendly human-machine interface.
